We are leaving for WDW on friday to get a little warm up for the cruise.

And we leave in 2 weeks for our warmup!

OK, I have to say it! 4 months from today we sail!

WOW!! I love seeing that 3 month on my ticker! I can't believe it! For all of you having your "warm up" trips..........HAVE FUN!!

6 weeks ago. I really never thought they would come this fast!
As soon as the kids afre back in school next week- I am spending an afternoon on the website!!!

I just read that the passport deadline has been pushed back to June of 2009. I am debating whether or not to get the kids theirs....chances are we will cruise again before 2009 (as soon as I figure a way to make DH think re-booking is his idea )
Any thoughts?? I hate to spend the $115 on each one if I don't have to!

Just talked with my TA and paid off our cruise (okay...technically I put the balance on my Disney CC....so it isn't PAID OFF....but as far as DCL it is !)

Added the Romantic Escape Package as a surprise for DH ...so we should be able to make our palo ressies in a couple weeks! It is really starting to feel real!!

I'll be paying ours off later this week. I ordered champagne and the cheese/fruit platter for DH. We traditionally toast the cruise on our balcony while in port, enjoying the cheese and fruit while watching the pelicans.

I just cannot wait!

A few months ago, DH said we will not be rebooking on board this trip, as he wants to skip a year or so. But...yesterday, he said, "Well, you're probably going to want to rebook while we're on the ship..." Hehehe. We'll see...we'll see.

We are totally paid for the cruise. Woo-Hoo! It seems to be coming together for everyone. We should plan a get together for the first night aboard. Anyone else interested?

HI All,
I'm back for 8 days in WDW at OKW. We had a great time and went to MNSSHP. My son (6) had a wonderful time and now we are in full gear for the cruise.

I would love to meet the day we get on board. Anytime or place is good for me as I don't know any better.

As for trip insurance, I just got mine a couple of weeks ago through TripGaurd. It was easy and fast and not really that expensive. I usually get it for all my vacations, as my son has a tendency to get hurt or sick while on vacation.

I wrote a long time ago that we would be on the Magic this week. Now I am back to reading the boards and thought I would reintroduce us. I am Debi and my husband is Cal. We were on the Magic in Feb. last year for our 30th anniversary. We are looking forward to being on for the Superbowl again. We are traveling without kids (you probably figured that out already.) Anyway - we would love to meet up with other Dis-ers the first day. We had a great brunch at Palo last year with some of the group I had met on the boards.

Just got back from our B2B of 9/30 & 10/07 Had a wonderful time and have decided to do the BTB we had scheduled for 2/03 & 2/10. I'll try to get a cruise report in the next couple of days. Glad to be back. Still cleaning up and the painters will finish the interior while we're on our cruise.

It is a girlfriends' and cherubs' trip DS 9, DD 6 and Friend's daughter 5....husbands are staying home. Hope to meet up with all of you. My children will be receiving the trip for their Christmas present. Can't believe I haven't spilled the beans.

We will be staying at the Radisson on the 2nd also, from past meets I can tell you the best place to meet is 3pm up on deck 10 above the goofy pool. It's really too hectic to meet on deck 9. Just my Humble opinion.
