Feb. vs. May discounts..

Trying to decide what to do about our next trip - we are booked for first week of Feb. 2015 but are also considering May 10-18 ----

i need to make the best financial decision and I am trying to track discounts....
anybody know what the feb. discounts this year were? and what if any there are for May of this year?
