Another 90 minutes here thanks. As today is 28 Feb here, I think this is my last, but I may just be able to sneak in a few more minutes - I'll have to see how I go!!!
Yesterday I took a 20 min walk and did the elliptical for 35 min.Today I took a 60 min kick class.That brings my total to 1140/1200.I will finish tomorrow!!
495/700 but I have a confession to make....I am an idiot!. I was talking to DH tonight telling him that I'm frustrated that I'm only at 495 minutes and my goal is 7 hours ( I decided to keep it light this month seeing as I'm new to this exercise stuff). He looked at me like I was nuts and said you're over 8 hours now. I said no I have to get to my 700 minutes. He then reminded me that their are 60 minutes in an hour and not 100 minutes in an hour! So although I don't think I'll make the 700 minutes I've exceeded my intended goal of 7 hours (420 minutes - duh!)!
Another 45 minutes today. Just got done doing 3 mile WATP dvd.
So now up to 495/800 Won't make my goal but I'm proud of my minutes considering the month I've had. Plan to do another 45 atleast tomorrow so I'll update when that is completed.
Ok I decided I'm going to go for it! Kind of glad I made my mistake and put down 700 minutes insted of seven hours ! I got home from a work meeting at 10:00 tonight and did an hour on the elliptical and 40 minutes on floor exercises. So I'm up to 595/700. Tommorow night I'll just have to do 105 minutes! I guess this made me see that I can do more than I thought I could..so for tomorrow..I think I can... I think I can... I think I can!

Well I did not make it. I can add 70 making it 615 cardio minutes over 900. Can I add that I put down 900 minutes---not 1900 minutes. Whew. I had enough trouble trying to do 900. lol. Next month I'll put down 650 minutes. At least that challenges me to do better but is realistic too.

I finally made it yesterda7-exactly 950 minutes. Unlike some other people, I hate exercise so much that when I meet my pledge, I stop. Not one minute more than a promised myself.
Thanks and you were right! I did it 60 minutes of elliptical and 45 minutes of stretching and bending so I made my goal 700/700!!!
Now I'm exhausted so IO'm going to bed! Night all. Congrats to everyone who made or exceeded their goal and to everyone who didn't get there, but tried. Hey stuff happens! You'll get to goal in March!
That's really weird. I posted 45 minutes of TM work on Monday and it never showed up here! So, please add that to my total. Thanks, and on to a new month!
