Nothing yesterday - I'm getting the crud going around and fell asleep for 3 HOURS!! Today 72 min lap swimming brings me to 1436/1600 89% I need 164 minutes to make it this month. - 33 min/day. I CAN do this!!!
After a week of nothing, I managed my 5 miler today. I deliberately set my goal low this time because I knew we would be at the inlaws' for the last week! Please add 90 minutes to bring my new total to 895/800.
Another 75 minute walk today. I'm getting closer, but I'm not sure whether I'll make this target. Guess I'll keep going at it until I make it a couple of times, then increase it!!
