Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

I've really got the upper respiratory crud, but made myself go swim & rewarded myself with the steam room. 45 minutes is all I could manage, but I did something. New total 1481/1600. 92%. I only need 119 minutes, but I think that is going to be tough as much as I'm coughing. I WILL do it, though!

Hope you're feeling better soon! Bravo :cheer2: for working out despite feeling lousy.

40 minutes of treadmill work this morning brings my February total to 700/600. I can't believe that I actually beat my goal! :)
 

45 minutes on the treadmill this morning brings me to 1190/1000. :cheer2:
 
I'm gonna make it. For awhile I didn't know if I would, but I feel certain I will now. This morning I did 30 on the 3lliptical and a 35 minute walk/run. My total for the month is at 845/900. That leaves 2 days to do 55 minutes.
 
Yes, I'm going to make it! I only did some snow shoveling today, but it brought me up to 1300...a mere 100 minutes from goal! I can do that tomorrow easily...or even spread it out over 2 days.
 
Saturday I did a 60 min class and Sunday I did 60 min on the elliptical.That brings me to 1045/1200.

Update from me. I've had a rough couple weeks and have slacked a few times when I get going again.

I'm at 450/800 which I'm happy with and can really try to put in an hour a day for the last 2 days.
 
495/700 but I have a confession to make....I am an idiot!. I was talking to DH tonight telling him that I'm frustrated that I'm only at 495 minutes and my goal is 7 hours ( I decided to keep it light this month seeing as I'm new to this exercise stuff). He looked at me like I was nuts and said you're over 8 hours now. I said no I have to get to my 700 minutes. He then reminded me that their are 60 minutes in an hour and not 100 minutes in an hour!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: So although I don't think I'll make the 700 minutes I've exceeded my intended goal of 7 hours (420 minutes - duh!)!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
 
I just finished the updates.

Congrats to all those that are done.

To those who are not done there are a lot who are close who could finish between today and tomorrow. Give it a try.

I just finished mine with some marathon walking helping ds's school get ready for their school play. Back and forth between the lobby and the dressing rooms to check on costumes and to make sure they are on correctly (Girls don't know how to wear bloomers and petticoats . We are doing Pirates of Penzance and the girls are wearing more clothing than they ever had to wear before.)

Okay, I just squeaked in at 1074/1000. Those who are close, and those who aren't, don't give up! Two more days to work on your pattern for a new life!
 
740/600---I did it this month, but it's the first time in several that I haven't fallen way short. Keep striving, everyone!
 
Looks like I made it, and with a day to spare. :cheer2:

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then a 25 minute total body workout tape. That puts me right at 900.

Keep it up everyone. Let's really move these last 2 days.
 
74 min lap swimming and doing tricep & reg pushups on the stairs brings me to 1555/1600 - 97% finished. I need only 45 more minutes to finish this month. I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!
