Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

February 17th: 120 minutes and I met my goal! Does this mean I get to be a couch potato for the next 11 days? :lmao:

So Far: 1210/1200 minutes

No but I think when you exceed your goal we should change the color of our count to GREEN for GO PAST our GOAL.

1075/1750 minutes..........I completed my first half-marathon!!!:cool1:
 
40 today!

855/840 I have surpassed my goal! I seriously NEVER thought I would exercise on a regular basis- I'm pretty proud of myself!:banana:
 

Congratulations to jlawall on the half-marathon and Mermaid02 for meeting the Feb. challenge! Way to go, WISHers!

February 18th: 110 minutes, 30 minutes strength straining, with the rest XT/flexibility.

So Far: 1320/1200 minutes (and for March, I'll be upping my goal to more accurately reflect my workout schedule!)

Well - I'm having a hard time staying motivated. It doesn't look like I'll make my goal. So far I'm 350/900. Congrats to those of you who have worked so hard this month!

Just updated my amounts. I've only lost 1 lb so far but my clothes are fitting better so I guess it's working.

I've also noticed that I can now run more on the treadmill than before. These weeks have made a difference.

Listening to Van Halen on my IPOD certainly has helped too.

90 minutes here - yay, I've made 1/2 way!! Don't think I'll be making the target this month, but I will continue to try!!!!

Total now 665/1200

I just might make it!!!

Haven't post for awhile. Hope everyone is doing well. I can add 120 TM minutes to bring me to 495. I haven't been counting my other gym activities which is too bad because I seriously doubt I'm going to get 900 cardio minutes this month. Oh well I'll keep plugging away. Next month I'll be more realistic in the cardio estimate.
