Well, the month is almost half over, and I'm just over a third of my goal, so I really need to start stepping things up. Right now I'm at 370/900. I know I can do this.
This past weekend we had company, so I didn't do any exercise-just Friday and today. So I'm 363/950. I'd better step it up if I want to make my goal this month.
20 mins on Sun am and 35 so far today. 145/500 (I think)
I missed my goal last week by 30 mins, trying to make up for it this week. I'm also taking advantage of the snow day and getting some TM time in early today.
Finally I can add another 40 minutes, thanks. Have been a bit slack so far in Feb, but we have finally had some rain!! We are in a major drought here, and can't even water the gardens, so some blessed rain fell over the last couple of days. None went near our dams, unfortunately, but at least the grass is now green!!
Woo Hoo, Please update my numbers, I have been working very hard. I am taking today off, because it is Valentines day. Any way we can incorporate our late night activities into our minutes worked out
Just kidding, thanks for the challenge I'm feeling good and I know that if I didn't have the opportunity to post my "numbers" there are times I would have maybe quit early.
I did 30 on my elliptical and then went out for a 30 minute walk/jog, so 60 for me today. That brings me to 485/900. The month is half over and I'm a little more than half way to my goal, so I'm optimistic that I'll make it this month.
Happy Valentine's Day WISHers. I will NOT be indulging in the chocolate today.
Yesterday I did a 60 min step class,35 min elliptical,and 5 min abs and stretching.That brings my total to 545/1200.I am beginning to wonder if I put my goal too high.It has helped me to be motivated though.HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE!!
