Feb. 10th 2002 Trip Day 4
Some background:
Myself-40 something Disney nut hence my DIS name nutz4dzny!
DH- 40 something also feels the same as me!
Our 30th trip! 4th time BC Concierge! Also celebrating my birthday at V & A Chef's Table!
Our dear friends also came along,
Tom-His 4th trip but never with a Disney Expert! LOLOLOL!!! Also celebrating his birthday!

We stayed at the BC Concierge.

Today we slept in until 7 AM and then met for Breakfast in Concierge. We decided to do MGM today. It was a little chilly this morning 65 degrees but windy. We wore shorts and t-shirts with a sweatshirt over top! We walked to MGM from the BC. It took 20 Min. The guys drove the Van over because we had blankets and extra clothes such as jeans and rain gear just in case! We were doing Mama Melrose and Fantasmic tonight and they said there was a slight chance of rain!
We got to MGM at opening and went on RnR and then got a FP. We then went on ToT and by that time our FP was up so we did RnR again. Both Kathy and I took a Bomine fter breakfast and I was fine! So it does work because usually I get queasy! We also did GMR and Indiana Jones and WWTBAM, my DH got in the top 5! We then did Walt's Dream and had a lite lunch in the Commissary. We then lined up to watch the Parade! I really like this parade! The cars are neat. We then shopped and saw Hunchback and then it was 4:30PM time for Dinner! We had a great dinner as always! More on the restaurant boards later!
THe temp. did get up to 70 degrees and sunny but still windy. We never did have to put on our jeans. We went to get the blankets, I hate to sit on metal bleachers, and got great end seats for Fantasmic. It never did rain so it turned out to be a perfect night. We made it back to the BC by 8 PM and headed to Concierge for Cordials and dessert! Yummy!
We got changed and headed over to the quit pool and sat in the Hot tub for an hour. What a great way to unwind!
After looking at my notes, I forgot to mention that during the day while we were in MGM, it rained, poured....off and on but we were always in a show...such as Hunchback or Indiana Jones and by the time the show ended...it had stopped!!!! Talk about perfect timing! My friends asked if I had planned that out too!!! LOLOLOLOL!!!
