Feb 5th - 12th 2012 Mexican Riviera on the Disney Wonder

I'm glad you all asked. I happen to be a tour guide sign design specialist. (not really, but that's where I'm going with this whole IT/internet fad finally dies down)

You just stand over in the corner holding this. We'll find you.

But that isn't gaudy at all. Are we allowed to start popping open our carry-on booze while in the terminal?

My kids might not like me going in and out of their carryons to get my booze though.

:rotfl2: Love the idea!

I think the gaudier and more colorful the better!

There will be fairy dust! and plenty of it :thumbsup2

muhahahahaha nice

Glad to have found this board - guess I have lots of reading tonight to catch up on all of it!

I am so ready for the trip; I'm sick of the winter weather! We've half way through the winter and have as much as snow as we get for the whole winter! Okay, so it's not as bad as other places like Cordova or Valdez, Alaska, but enough already! (Blizzard warnings for the mountains here in Anchorage tonight and big storm is arriving now). I see some folks from AB on the forum, so they can relate (LOL).

DS (7) and I are traveling to Disneyland on Jan. 31 for a pre-curise visit until cruise day! Then will meet up with a friend at cruise check-in. My DH is staying home to take care of kitties. My friend and I are celebrating turning 50 and this is about half way between our two birthdays. And I can't leave a 7yr at home while I do Disney!!!!!

This is the first cruise for all of us. Can't wait!!!!

:welcome: vljohnston!!! party:

Sounds like you are ready for some fun in the sun!

QotD.......Was there a question there? :confused3 :rotfl:
Hope we get to the port in time to join in the pre-cruise fun! :jumping1:
(sorry, went a little overboard on the smilies there! haha, overboard, get it?!?)

She wants suggestions on our tour guide flag to hoist over our terminal group meet!!!!

:offtopic: Just thought I would throw this out there. Especially if you have kids this is a fun little pre cruise tip. Many of you may already know this, but I didnt and do it all the time now. . . . . Dry erase markers work great on mirrors! :thumbsup2:tigger: I always use them to write things like "Welcome Home" on the bathroom mirror in the kids bathroom when they come home for breaks. I have a countdown, big hidden Mickey with number inside, on the mirror in our bathroom right now. Just something fun for the kids, or spouse! ;)

:scared1: I dont think you should try the permanent markers! Actually I HIGHLY recommend against that!! But the dry erase are SO fun! Happy Birthdays, countdowns, or just love notes :yay:

Lol!!!!!:lmao:

But hey, I don't know that about dry erase markers dvctigger!! Love that idea!!!

The flag should be Mickey colors and say something like, I've always wanted to go on a carnival cruise, but I guess I will settle for Disney. :) or we could have a cruise motto. On our last cruise it was, I wonder...do you?? Anything with wonder in it.

:thumbsup2 I like the "wonder" motto thing! "Its the most "Wonder"ful trip of the year" . . . haha, see, I'm not very original! Im sure someone else can do much better!

Howabout "Wonder if we're having a sail-away party"?

Just sayin...

You guys make me laugh:rotfl:.

I agree with everyone else the louder the better for the flag and anything with wonder in would be great - sorry not very inventive to think of a catchy motto.

Welcome to the group vljohnston.
