My husband and I are going on this cruise with our boys who are 9, 8, and 6. We can't wait! DH and I having our second cruise, the boys' first. And we've never done any sort of Disney vacation before.

This is my family's first Disney cruise. I heard about the fish extender thing and it sounds fun. Does anyone have a group going we could join or want to start one up?

On the FB page but wanted to make a note on here too. This is the first cruise for DBF and I. We are leaving the kids at home and having a romantic get away. We are pretty excited! We got reservations for Palo, air reservations, and rental car all booked. I'm ready to go!

We (husband, mom & dad) all cant wait for our first DC! I tried to book a cabana but they're all booked. If anyone has one (serenity or family) and wants to split it and the cost, PM me! I'm hoping for a place for my parents to sit in chairs rather than beach loungers.

Just joined the DIS boards and am super excited about taking our family on it's first cruise. We would love to participate in the extender program with our 4 youngest children, but I'm not exactly sure what to do. I don't have FB and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to send PM. I have another question. We make it a practice not to put our children's names on bookbags and lunch boxes, so strangers don't use that information against them. Having never been on a Disney cruise and wanting my kids to feel included and safe, I'm wondering what other parents think about names on doors and extenders? Thanks.

We have the same rule around town but opted to use names on The FE. If you are not comfterable with names perhaps pick a character based on gender to use and say for example Cinderella is a girl and 5??

I'm sure their full names will be fine. The kids are older now and I'm just going to have to try not to be so overprotective. Thanks again for your help. I went and made 10 quick comments, so I could send you a PM. Not sure how those work, but hopefully you got it.

Just booked! And can't wait! I am leaving the hubs and kiddos at home (yes, they hate me just a little!) and I am cruising with my best buddy. We have invited another pair of buddies to join us in another stateroom. I would love to be added to the facebook group and would also love to be added to the FE list.

I do not have my stateroom number yet , as we booked a last minute VGT.
