Hi Everyone!! Counting the days till we sail on the DReam. I spoke to DCL today and they told me that the arrival times at port do not matter. I called because we are taking the DCL Bus from Saratoga Springs and I have no clue when we would be arriving, which is why I thought it was wierd that the online check-in was asking me to pick a time. Just thought I would let you guys know if anyone was worried. Hopefully the person I spoke to knows their info!!!

Couple of things I'm not sure I'm happy with is the 2 sail away parties and the split Pirate party. I think the sail away should be only when we are about to move. And the Pirate party being at 8 and then the fireworks at 1030 sucks if you have late dining and actually want to eat in the restaurant. However, I do like that they are doing 2 Til Next Time parties because having late dining and then needing to get our luggage out sometimes causes us to miss it. I also like that so far they haven't made anyone wear their life jackets to the drill. Seems like this is going to be a standard now.

We are a tad bit disappointed with how things are scheduled and how they are seeming to play out on the Dream but it is what is. We will all go and have a great time and enjoy the new ship

I would LOVE to try Palo but thought it would be kinda odd going alone. I'll have to wait until October when I can drag my bestfriend along. I hope everyone who wanted ressies was able to get them.

Itis about 20 here, snowy and I am sick of it!! Cannot wait for the cruise.

We are unsure about Palo since we have never been in the other resturants, but we booked it for the first night. I will talk to DH about it and see what he thinks.

Cannot wait to see the new big boat!!

When and where was it decided for the DISMeet? We didn't do the FE, but want to meet and say HI to the DISers! I'll be wearing a lime green boa in honor of the DIS I'll be easy to spot!

Bon Voyage is a bar located on Deck 3, Midship, situated in the grand Atrium on the Disney Dream.

AT 3pm

Looks like the safety drill isn't until 3:45pm so we will have plenty of time. Plus drill is on deck 4/5? so we will be close.

Ok so I have only a couple days left in the cold and snow and just can not believe it! It has been in the teens for weeks(seems like) and of course 45 after we leave. lol

But we have 75-80 waiting for us.

It is going to be a busy 9 days for us before we get on the ship and relax.

Please don't take my deck chair. I may not move for 3 days?

Happy Valentines Day...which is funny coming from me bc Im Anti-valentines day...lol

Hope everyone is as excited as I am. We packed DSis n DMom up this weekend and are just taking this week to do last minute things. DS Mickey shirt will be done Wed and that is the last thing I have to pack.

DB-day Niece has a performance this Thur (singing) and DBabySis will be here so lets hope she is getting herself all together. Shes a last minute everything!

Only big thing left for us to get ready is our Train Snacks...lol I am Snack Queen

Awwwww 10 more days and I will b sitting on the train.

My husband, DS (7), & I are trying to figure out how to get back to the AKL (WDW animal kingdom lodge) from the cruise - maybe we could share a car service on the way back? There's 3 of us. We have a ride to the cruise from a friend of the family, but haven't settled on the return - if you'd like us to join you, we could talk on-board?:

Sounds good! We have a van reserved for both ways (FL Tours) - I don't know what their policy is about sharing rides but I'll ask. Let's talk on board and see what we can do (we'll be the family with the crazy 6 yo DS and 3 yo DD). If I learn more before then I'll send you a PM.

Well 13 hours and my alarm will be going off and then we head for the airport.

It is looking like good weather which was my biggest concern.

Every storm has been on Tuesdays!

Hopefully no delays along the way, plane, car, traffic to house or even getting into the house!

I've been packed for days and of course the wife is still cleaning hers.
