Hi Everyone, getting super excited esp. since I have been stricken with the FLU!!! Just thinking about the Dream is making me feel better! After reading about the shuttle launch I was wondering if anyone has ever taken the bus right from WDW to the Port. We will be picked up at Saratoga Springs and was wondering what your feelings are about the ride and what time the bus usually pulls into the port. Thanks!!

We are also taking the Disney bus from the Beach Club. We took the bus a number of years ago and if I remember correctly it picked us up about 8:45 a.m. and we were on board by lunch. We like the fact that your luggage is taken care of for you. It is a quick ride and they played Disney shorts on the T.V.'s. We will be returning to WDW after the cruise and riding back on the DCL bus. It is painless and I enjoy not having to drive or worry about the travel. I would call and make your reservations for the bus if you have not yet. I hope you feel better.

So I have been mailing out the list. For thse that have gotten it I hope you got the updated ones. We had a few new comers who asked to be added. That gives us a total of 24 kids and I just know they are going to love it. I am looking forward to meeting those that come to the meet and greet at the Bon Voyage on the 24th @ 3pm. We have a lot of kids going and there are at least 4-5 all around the same age in each age group which is great. I am suer excited. Just wanting the next 4 weeks to speed by!

The bon-voyage is apparently... per the website: Bon Voyage is a bar located on Deck 3, Midship, situated in the grand Atrium on the Disney Dream. It is the perfect place for Guests to enjoy a refreshing beverage before dinner.

Do we have a Pirates Night? I have been trying to figure out if my suitcases will fit under the bed. I can not find what the height is of the beds on the Dream. Does anyone know?

There is a pirate night but no pirate menu. We received our bandanas at the pirate party.

I'm not sure of the exact height but the beds on the Dream are higher than the Magic and Wonder so suitcases fit with no problem.

YAY! I'm sooooo ready! I printed out all our online check in stuff tonight

Added DD and her friend to do Parasailing at 10am on Sat. and my mom and her friend will do the Glass Bottom Boat ride in Nassau on Fri.

It's right around the corner....

Holy cow, I almost forgot about this thread! It took awhile to catch up. We have 3 kids DD13, DD9, DS5 and myself and DW. Cool to know there is a shuttle launch planned I've seen one before and it was spectacular!! Won't be too surprised if a delay happens, as it seems to all the time, but we will keep our fingers crossed! It will be awesome to watch it from the deck of the Dream!!

We got our docs last week, , and this is the second leg of our B2B. Saw that you are haveing a meet & greet in the Bon Voyage lounge around 3, we will be there.

I usually get off the ship just long enough to buy a gift for my hair stylist. I would love to visit Atlantis one day.

I just checked the navigator from the preview cruise and you're right, the drill was at 3:15.

We are not planning to get off in Nassau....just my mom and her friend.

As for the meet...let's say this as a backup plan.

If the drill is at 3:15 then we shall meet at 4pm...same spot.

So we will either see everyone at 3pm (drill at 4pm) OR 4pm (drill at 3:15).

Dont know if they need to do any more shopping, we might need to keep their $ they r for every jus pickin up something...lol

I am ready, FE ready and we did our first family disney trip count down last night. We watched Finding Nemo, my youngest niece really liked the movie so I think she might really enjoy Nemos Reef a little bit more now. If yall see a little 3yr old girl in Nemos Reefs acting out the movie, thats her!

We didnt get to start packing but BigDSis and I have already started a packing list so we should be good. Gotta get BabyDSis train ticket and we are all set.
