how busy is it during this time of the year?

I don't know that I can speak for this year as I don't know when the holidays fall, but last year we were there from Feb. 25-March 4 and it was great. The weather was nice, not too hot, sometimes a little chilly for swimming though. The crowds weren't bad at all, although it did get crowded in the afternoons. It was more crowded than my trips in May and September, but not bad at all. I would go this time of year again.
