Feb. 2014 Attendance question

Hello all, Never been to the parks in Feb. before. I am thinking about going from Sun. 2-23 to Weds. 2-26 this year. I am trying to go after the Presidents week crowd and before the Spring Break crowd, and during the week also hoping for less crowds. What do you think the crowds will be like? I will have a Express Pass to. Thanks!

If you will have Express, lines shouldn't be a concern.

Sorry, Ok how about Sun. 5-18 to Weds. 5-21 2014. Anybody? How bad for crowds. Should be before any HP stuff.
