Feb. 6th thru the 11th, full size National Executive Isle, base rate $71.23, grand total $113.90. I'm happy with the rate and I do love National!!

Just rebooked my fullsize, National Exec aisle for a whopping $111!!! Base rate now down to $64 for the 8 days. Any cheaper, they'll be paying me to drive....

How are you getting these rates? I am an emerald club member and when I enter the continetal code along with the $30 off coupon code my rate is $225 after taxes. I'm trying to rent a full size for 02/25/2011-03/05/2011. Please Help!

THanks for reminding me about the Continental code $128 for Feb 1-10 for a mid-size $10 cheaper than my Alamo.

I believe that the midsize is the emerald aisle so it is an excellent price!

Your dates begin during/overlap President's Week school break, when demand for cars is much higher. You won't be able to get the same rates for your dates. However, I'm trying to get a car during the same week, and the $225 rate you are seeing is quite good.

Just booked at National from 2/19-2/27 midsize for $243.52. My company negotiated Executive Emerald Aisle for us, as well as a corporate rate (when I tried it using the Continental info, it went up to $400!)

So, a little bit of savings...but since a round trip car service to take us to and from our hotel was $130 for the five of us, I think this is just a better option! (Plus we're annual passholders, so free parking at the parks...)

Leaving in 16 days!! Yay!!!

I have a Budget midsize from Feb 12 at 3 PM to Feb 20 at 5 PM.

So a week plus 2 extra days.


It came to about $161 with taxes ... booked via Southwest website.

Now have same dates and minivan with Dollar for $430.00!!

Feb minivan rates for Alamo and National have just dropped for my 9-day rental from 2/10 - 2/19. Alamo ID 7014667 and $40 coupon code AD4027JDO (both on the Alamo site, no physical coupon required) gives me a 9-day final cost of $240.97 for a 7 passenger Dodge Caravan. Now I have to decide if that's a better deal for us than the Dodge Journey crossover I have at National for $271 which I booked in August. If that crossover was a Chevy Traverse instead, I'd keep the crossover and pay the extra $30 in a second.

just cancelled my Alamo reservation. I am now with Budget - cost is $259. They will deduct $30 when I return the vehicle with coupon MUGZ029......so the total $229........I registered for Fastbreak and will avoid the counter service. I registered for Alamo Insider Program but because we have an additional driver I was to use the counter. Budget doesn't have this policy for a spouse as additional driver.
