Feb 16 2014 Western Caribbean on the Wonder

Hi Susan! My kids and I were on the Western Caribbean with your family in Feb 2012! Sounds like you've been cruising a lot since then This will be our first one since then. Hope you've been well

I haven't had much time to post here, and given how much effort the FE organization was for our last cruise I am not sure I am up for organizing again though it looks like this will be a smaller group for sure.

I'm not sure about the Facebook group--I still can't see the group Kellie made. I think she must have made it 'private' instead of 'closed', which means we can't search for it....

I am hoping to pay off our cruise soon; our booking window for extras opens in mid-November. Where are you staying? We are on the 5th floor, in one of the SPH rooms

Hi there!! How nice we will be together. We will ne on fifth floor too. Aft. Nav verandah! We just got home a week ago from the fantasy! Next year feb n oct is my hubby's vacation n my son is on winter break for feb 16 cruise! I was hoping to do fe but not looking good huh

Welcome! I can't imagine trying to keep such a big secret from 5 kids--kudos to you!

How did you like the Fantasy? We still haven't managed to try either of the new ships...and with the kids getting even busier with extracurriculars, I am not sure if/when it will happen. I am still hoping to go on one of the PC crossings, but that will have to wait until my youngest gets to college (given that he's only in 8th grade now, I have a bit of a wait!). Oh well--it is definitely worth waiting for, based on everything I've read

I created a Facebook page for our cruise. I thought it might be a great place for us to get to know each other better.

I set up a Facebook group for the last cruise I went on, and I agree it is a great way to get to know folks in a more protected setting. I still can't find the group you created though; would you be willing to change the privacy settings from "Secret" to "Closed"? The posts would still be private to only added members, but that way we will be able to search for the group and request admission (which as the administrator/creator of the group you would have to approve). When the privacy is set to "Secret", it doesn't show up in a search.

Well there is no one on here to do fe. LoL. Loved the fantasy as much as our first cruise on the dream the kids clubs are awesome! Now after this one we have been on all 4 ships!!

Thanks! That is a great idea It is certainly a lot lower maintenance than the FE I organized for my last cruise Would you mind separating the kids column into kids and teens? I have found that the trinkets tend to be different based on age If not, no big deal--just a thought.

I just noticed, our kids are the same age/gender! From your initial post it looks like you weren't certain about this cruise--if you are likely to go it would be great if we could arrange to introduce the kids early in the cruise

Divided the columns - anyone can change the format. Just be careful not to accidentally delete or change some else info.

We are still not sure if we are going or not. But it is looking up!!

Disney1430: Got it Unfortunately it won't let me do anything other than read the document--I can't enter any new info, can't leave comments, etc. Do you want me to start a new one? (was this just an example document?)

Took the plunge and booked Nachi Cocom for our Cozumel day. The kids and I did this when we cruised in 2012 and loved it--I was considering trying something different but my DS was really pushing to go back for the 'unlimited pina coladas (non-AC) and hammocks'

things are starting to feel real with this cruise!

Since she isn't 100% sure if they are going to make this cruise, I will volunteer to be the 'backup' FE organizer, unless someone else really wants to do it.

It doesn't look like she's been to this thread since mid-August...

We have done mr sanchos beach 3 X in Cozumel. What was great was ore booking n cost was 45 adult n 25 child all inclusive incld snorkel n kayak. We r considering nache this time around to try something new. What's their web site?
