Feb. '13 room only discounts?

Are there room only discounts for February, '13? We are annual pass holders, but for some reason, I can't enter my pass in the site to gain access to look

There is a public room only discount. I am using it for the last weekend in February.

No AP discounts as of yet, just the GP discount as mgroshans has said

Thanks! I spoke with Disney- evidently there is an issue on there end, so I can't add our passes to be able to access the passholder section.
