Fear Factor question for a newbie!!!

I tried to search for this but it wouldn't come up. My kids want to know how old you have to be to participate in the Fear Factor show. Could anyone help me with this?

18 yrs. old. Also there is a height requirement and weight requirement.

We just did this last week. They do choose a few kids from the audience to help out during the show. My DD12 wanted to help, but was not chosen. They had a few kids aged 8-15 helping.
