FEA and A&E M&G opening times

do FEA and A&E M&G open at 11am w/ WS, or do they open earlier (confused because I have seen some posts about RD to those attractions which has me thinking that even though they are in WS that maybe they open early?)

They open at 9. The Mexico and Norway portions of WS now open at 9.
