I've liked book marks, individual sized bags of trail mix, cookies/crackers and my favorite was small bags of beef jerky. Great stuff to throw in my pockets to take on excursions.

I was also going to say mini bottles. If you want to go non alcoholic what about a travel cup they can use at the drink station?
