FD seems easy to get (COOL!) ADR's filling up?

Since everyone is getting their FD discounts without much trouble.... the next question is???

How is booking ADR's going, right now?

I think many of us had ADR's waiting for the FD to come out. But I'm sure some folks that have jumped on the FD free-for-all are now having to call and make their Dining Reservations... how is the avalibility?

I only had trouble making 2 ADR's CRT and HDDR. I had check everyday to get into CRT for lunch of all things. I also had to take the 9:30 show for the HDDR. Everything else was booked. We are a party of 3. I had no trouble getting what I wanted for the rest of them.

I ended up not switching my reservation for October for free dining because I couldn't get the ADRs I wanted, either dates or times. I have a 40% off room code for the October dates so the free dining really wasn't going to save that much. I decided I'd rather pay a bit more and be able to eat when and where I want. I'm traveling with a 4 y.o. and waiting to have dinner until 8 pm or later just wasn't an option! I also couldn't get anything at CRT for any of the days we would have been there. Just waiting to the 180 day mark to make my reservations!

We were supposed to take this year off because we have some pretty big vacations planned next year. But with all the excitement on the boards I just could not resist! So I called today and made my ADR's and I had no problems at all. Got the times I wanted and the restaurants. I love Free Dining!

Was able to get all but 1 - LeCellier
Got:
1. Yatchman Steakhouse @5:45;
2. Liberty Tree Tavern @ 4:30;
3. Rose & Crown @7:40 (hope to be able to view Illuminations;
4. Prime Time @2:05 (probably cancelling this one);
5. Chef Mickeys @7:20 a.m.; and
6. Cape May Cafe @10:00 a.m.

The only one on this list that we have tried is Prime Time, that's why I will probably cancel this one. Cannot wait to try Chef Mickeys. I thought this would already be booked, but they said completly open (our trip is 9/13/08-9/19/08.

coral reef-lunch
boma-breakfast...hope to see the animals in the am!
hollywood & vine-fantasmic package
1900 park fare-dinner ( suprising dd with a b-day cake! )


and I still have 1 ts left....any suggestions??
