FD Reservation Dilemma ? Date Change.

I have a current Free Dining Reservation Sept 1-10 @ CBR. Deposit already paid.

I now want to change my dates to Sept 4 - 14 @ CBR. I checked online and same room category is available.

Do I:

(a) Cancel existing reservation and make a new one? Is my deposit refunded or applied to my new reservation?
(b) Call WDW and have them alter my dates?

What is the easiest way to go ???

They just change it for you and apply same deposit to new reservation. Did same thing last year.

Thanks. Called and got it changed......to bad I had to give up multiple BOG ADR's though
