Okay, I know I read it somewhere, but I can't remember where. :confused3 It was either here on the boards or in a guide book, I have no idea, but I can't find it now. I read that you should fax your Disney hotel your room requests about 3 or 4 days before your stay because that's when they do their room assignments. Does that sound right? :confused3 For us that would mean we need to fax on Friday or Saturday. What should I say, though? :confused3 DH and I need to request a room near the main building and bus stops because he has problems with his legs (rare blood disorder that causes bloodclots) and can't walk too much. Help, please!!! Anyone have experience with room requests? I'd really appreciate some advice! Thanks! :earsboy:

It has been posted that Disney no longer accepts fax requests since they were getting overwhelmed with them. They now discard any faxed requests they receive. You should put your requests on your reservation so it will be in their computer system. Call CRO and tell them your requests.

Put your requests in your reservation. No need to fax. You can always ask again at check in.

Okay, thanks for the info! I wasn't aware that I could request that through CRO and didn't have to fax. That actually makes it easier since I don't have a fax at home and would have to use the business office in my apartment complex. Thanks! :earsboy:
