Faxing room requests for reservations made by DU

Do those of you that use DU for your reservations still fax room requests? I wanted to fax mine tomorrow, but didn't know if you could do this if your reservation was made through DU. Will the confirmation # on the reservation website be the same as the one in Disney's system?

The confirmation number on the website is DU's, not Disney's. Contact your DU rep and ask for the Disney reservation number. You can make it a lot easier on yourself if you just tell the DU rep to include your requests on the reservation. That way faxing doesn't become so important.

I am going to do exactly that tomorrow. When your Dreams agent emails you your FINAL Itinerary, your Disney Confirmation number is on the 1st page.......good luck!

Your Disney confirmation number is included in the information on the Client Services page. It will be either 8 digits or 12 digits depending on the type of reservation you have. Your Dreams Unlimited client number is only 5 digits.

I don't know where I got my Disney ressie number, but it was somewhere in the info I had from DU. We faxed PO-FQ last year with our DU ressie and got exactly what we wanted. Worked like a charm!
