Faxing Room Request 3 or 4 days out??

I thought I remembered that the specifics for faxing room requests had changed. We will be arriving at Poly on Friday...what dya do we fax the request??

You can fax or call in your request. You have a better chance of getting your request filled if you fax or call 3-4 days in advance. If you wait till checkin, you take a chance of them not being able to accomodate

Do you know if this works the same for the Swan? Or should I use the form on their website?
