Faxing requests

Hello!
Wondering if someoone can give me info on faxing requests into your hotel. We were told that hotels only consider these requests a certain number of days prior to your stay. Is this true? If so, can someone tell me how many days in advance we can fax them in? We leave on June 4th.

The last I heard they weren't honoring faxed requests anymore, they recommend you call WDTC/CRO and have your requests noted on your ressie, then remind the CM at checkin. We did this last fall and had our requests met, even though the resort was full.

It is preferable NOT to fax requests because the resort staff does not have time to truly look at them. The best thing you can do, as BigBabyBlues has said is call CRO and request them. There is no guarntee that you will be given them, but at least they'll be noted.
