Faxing Requests to FW

We've stayed at FW (cabin, 2 yrs. ago -- loved it!) once before and have stayed at other WDW resorts before but have never faxed in requests. Can you folks that have faxed in cabin requests recently tell me how successful you've been at receiving them? Were your requests ignored or did they receive attention? For instance, we'd like to get a non-smoking cabin on a loop near a bus stop, but we'll be there peak season (1st week in April). I'm wondering how much luck I'll have with my requests... <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I faxed requests to FW for our November trip. I requested non-smoking, close to the front of the loop, and close to the pool. All 3 of our request were honored. At check-in I asked for late check-out and we also got that. I used a fax request form from the Passporter site (I found the link here on the DIS). I'll try to find the link and post it for you.

Hey that passporter link is pretty cool, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your replies; I was just wondering how attentive they are to people's requests during the 'busy season' -- Spring Break -- first week of April?
