Faxing Poly room requests

We will be arriving at the Poly on 10/22/02 a Tuesday. Can anyone tell me what day I should fax and whether you count Sat. and Sundays in the number of days before you arrive? I'm sooo
confused.

Figure your 4 days prior to arrival this way:

Thursday - Arrival day/check-in
Wednesday - 1 day prior
Tuesday - 2 days prior
Monday - 3 days prior
Sunday - 4 days prior

Yes, the resorts do room assignments 7 days a week.
