Faxing my Room Request Tomorrow......Anyone who has sent one pls read this.

I'm so excited!!! I'm arriving at Coronado Springs on Tuesday and therefore I am faxing my room request tomorrow

I've written the letter but signed it in my mothers name because the reservations are in her name. Anyways, can somebody read over it for me? (I've even attached a funky lil Coronado Springs Clipart Symbol in the corner and used Disney Font

Greetings from Canada! Our upcoming trip to Walt Disney World is quickly approaching!! Although every trip is filled with the magic of Disney, this trip has special significance to us, as it is our 20th trip to WDW. For this reason I wanted to see if you could possibly accommodate our room requests for August 19th – 27th. We have 2 reservations, a “room only” night on Aug 19th waterview and a Fairytale Package from Aug 20th – 27th also waterview. We would very much appreciate it if we could have a continuous stay for these 2 reservations. Also, if possible we would like to be on the 2nd floor of Casitas 3 in a lakeview non-smoking room. In addition, my husband will be celebrating a magical birthday in “the world” on August 21st. Any added special touches for this occasion would be greatly appreciated! Thanking you in advance for giving our trip even more Disney Magic!

(Here I have my mothers name, our reservation numbers, we have 2 as explained in the letter, our address, phone & fax number)

EXCELLENT! I think that sounds great! Please let me know how you make out when you get back, I am staying at CSR in October and want to be in the Cabana's.

Sounds Great! I do a similar Room Fax, including the logo of the Resort I am going to be staying at..

Not sure if y ou read Deb Will's Page, but she suggests this...

"Faxing after 4 pm is usually best only because the morning Room Assigner is usually bogged down with checkouts and the evening Room Assigner is usually dealing with check-ins until 4 pm. Honestly though, if you are faxing it doesn't matter when you send it. If they are busy they will file it and the evening Room Assigner will get to it when they start blocking requests."

I'll be posting a trip report, dining report and resort report when I return. Have you ever stayed at CSR before? You'll love it!! We've stayed in the Cabanas the majority of the time. Two trips ago we got put in the Casitas by fluke and fell in love with them. That trip was the first time my best friend came to Disney with my parents and I. Now, she is coming back with us.

This is literally a dream come true for us. We've both graduated high school and are going to Disney together. We've been planning to do thissince we were four.

Of the Cabanas I would recommened 9b, then 9a. They are both great locations.
