Faxing in Room Requests for Old Key West and Vero Beach?

Hi all! We are fairly new to DVC and have a friends who always fax in room requests a week before arrival. I seem to be finding conflicting evidence online about this and which resorts accept faxes still, so I figured this would be the place to ask!

We will be staying at OKW and Vero. Do either accept faxed requests 5-7 days pre arrival? or is there an email address or new method besides with MS while making the reservation?

Call Member Services and have them note a room request to your reservation. DVC room assigners reportedly don't look at faxes.

You can also email using the "contact us" link on the members' website.

We have also had good luck with the chat function to add a room request. Very quick.

OKW tosses faxes out. DVC has asked members not to bother to fax any requests. Just add them to your reservation through MS.
