faxing FW

Does anyone know if FW accepts faxes for loop requests? If they do,how many days out from arrival should I do it. We arrive on 8/19 which is a Sunday, so I was thinking the Monday before?

Yes, you can fax a request about 5 days beforehand. They won't guarantee it, but they do their best to honor requests. The fax number is: (407)824-3508

I was told by a nice that man that worked in the reception area at Fort Wilderness that the best thing to do is to call the front desk about 3 days prior to arrival. He said they start to assign site to people about then and you might get a better chance of getting what you want that way. I have done it.
