I love leopards and lions but my favourite is the Bengal Tiger.

Melanistic Jaguars, but I like the "regular" or yellow coated Jaguars too.

Lions scare me to no end! I don't like looking at them in captivity ... they scare me that much!

Lots of people call them panthers or black panthers, Belle. But ... panthers or black panthers can mean black
(melanistic) leopards or black (melanistic) jaguars. I like leopards, but jaguars are larger, they're much broader and stockier and I like the black or melanistic ones best.

I just looked up pictures of lions, and they are gorgeous, especially the white ones! But I'm too scared to post the pictures.

I had to vote for the Bengal Tiger since I have a Bengal Cat at home. The cat is related to an Asian Wild Cat and not a tiger, but I had to go with the name.

They're all really neat animals.

Thanks for the info Maggie, very interesting. I have heard of panthers but didn't realise the connection.
