Favourite Type of Donut?

What's your favourite type of donut?
mine are the chocolate iced donuts with sprinkles on top.

My favorite is a plain Krispy Kreme doughnut, especially when the light is on and you run in and get a hot fresh free one, YUMMY.

Plain meaning glazed for me, lol.

KRISPY KREME GLAZED!!! Example: Wife and I driving through town. I say "Hey, is the Hot Light on?"....DW with great hesitation "yes"....I say "Donught time!" DW rolls her eyes. Can't help everyone I just love a Hot Krispy Kreme Glazed!

Krispy Kreme chocolate cream filled. It has been my favorite for about 30 years. When shopping in Winston-Salem we would stop at the original KK store.

Anything in Krispy Kreme. We have one on the North shore here in Mass. My son goes and gets them and 5 days later they are still ok with a zop of 5 seconds in the microwave. Hmmm, no wonders I gained 2 pounds.

If the "Hot Now" sign is on then my favorite is Krispy Kreme glazed. If they are not hot then I prefer the Krispy Kreme raspberry filled. Yum!

Gotta love those hot glazed Krispy Kremes!

But for an extra special treat, and only if you're very lucky and time it just so, try a devil's food fresh from the oven at Krispy Kreme....there ain't nothing better in the whole world!

....the only trick is you have to eat it fresh from the oven because once it cools off, the "magic" is gone and it becomes simply a donut like all the others.

My favorite are Dunkin' Donuts Munchkins. I can't seem to commit to one type of donut, so it's nice to be able to have little bites of different kinds. My favorite of the Munchkins (donut holes) are the blueberry cake and the chocolate cake donuts.

KK lemon filled or chocolate frosted glazed -- depends on my mood. I'll put away a few of those original glazed, too.

I have to travel over 1000 miles to get my favorite. My in-laws live in Rapid City, SD, and there is this awesome donut shop that has peanut butter and chocolate iced. (It is one of the only reasons I am looking forward to our trip in May to see them- LOL)
