I would like to make some "fool proof" fudge for a fundraiser my dd's school is going to have next month. Do you have a really great recipe that you could share? The muffins that I made last year for this event were not a big seller, so I think I need to try something different!

This Cinnamon Fudge is my absolute favorite fudge recipe. I make several batches at Christmas and give them to family, friends, and co-workers. Very easy!

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks butter or marg.
12 oz. package of the white Nestle's morsels
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix first 3 ingredients, stirring constantly, over medium/high heat until it reaches a full, rolling boil. Cook five minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. (It will turn an light caramel color.) Remove from heat, and quickly stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan or drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. I prefer the pouring into a pan because it's so much easier and you can cut it into the perfect size you want.

you might want to take a look at a martha stewart recipe. you can find one by going to foodtv.com, clicking on her show icon, and typing fudge recipe in the search finder. or, you could go on marthastewartliving.com and do a search there. laso, try a fudge recipe with sweetened condensed milk. it's quick, easy, and tastes great!

One of the yummiest recipes ever and probably the easiest fudge recipe you'll ever find...

1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
1 can milk chocolate or fudge frosting

Melt together in a pot, pour into pan, cool, cut into squares. Couldn't be simpler and everyone who's every tasted it loved it and couldn't believe it only had 2 ingredients.

Just make sure you use milk chocolate chips and NOT semi-sweet.

My favorite fudge recipe is the recipe on the Kraft marshmellow creme jar. I use 12oz. bag of chocolate bits instead of chopped chocolate. Sometimes I use white chips instead.

I also have a recipe for peanut butter fudge that is great. Let me know if you are interested.

I agree that the recipe for "Fantasy Fudge" on the Kraft Marshmallow creme jar is the best. It's easy, too. I've been making it for Christmas every year since I was about ten years old!

My friend told me about this fudge recipe last Christmas. It's super easy to make and really good. There's no constant stirring on the stove because once it heats up you remove it from the burner.

PEANUT BUTTER COCOA FUDGE

1 c. + 3 Tbs. creamy or chunky peanut butter (depending on your preference- I used creamy).

1 c. butter (no substitutions)

3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

3 Tbs. baking cocoa

1 Tbs. vanilla

In saucepan, combine peanut butter and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until blended. Remove from heat and stir in confectioners sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Spread into 8x8 pan that has been lined with foil and buttered.
Freeze for 30 min. or just until firm before cutting into squares.
Store at room temperature.

This next one is not a fudge recipe, but if you want a really good (super easy) candy recipe, this one is great. As you can tell, I like easy recipes!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK

1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips
1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips
1 c. salted peanuts

Melt chocolate and peanut butter chips in GLASS bowl in microwave on power level 5 for 7 minutes.
Stir and add peanuts.
Place mixture on wax paper on cookie sheet.
Refrigerate.
