Oh I remember that wasn't it Uncle the Aspidistra? And the Red Salimandar?

Claire ;)

Also didn't they used to do 'gronda gronda your majesty' to the plant? or is that just my mad imagination?

As much as I agree with virtually every choice on here, the ONLY one I can really say makes me Grin without even having to see it is the Clangers.

I can hear them even now. :)

Apparently it is possible to get a 3 hour DVD (will be hunting that one after Xmas):rotfl2:

I loved Chockablock and Button Moon, but does anyone remember Wizbit?
When I was older I used to like Thundercats and Knightmare :Pinkbounc

The Adventure Game.....I remember that it was brilliant!!!!!!...Uncle use to make noises and everyone had to bow to him when he was a plant.....classic!

I have a claim to fame........I was in Runaround with Mike Reid....actually it wasdthe whole year group of our school (didnt win anything though :rotfl2: )

G G G G GOOOOOOOOOOO

How about Camberwick Green? Used to love Bagpuss :) Oh and also Fingerbob and Barnaby the Bear.

Claire ;)

Oh woah im so pleased someone else used to like Barnaby the Bear, i luved that show, he was always running off to the circus!!

"Barnaby the bears my name!
Never call me jack or Jane!!"

Lizzie Dripping!!

It used to be on BBC1 and clashed with Batman which was on ITV. Every week my brother and I argued - obviously this was in the old days before video and DVD players!

How about the 'Red Hand Gang' or 'The Littlest Hobo'? I used to love school holidays when they were on :)

Claire ;)

I used to like Mr Benn and the Muppets. I had an apron with Miss Piggy on it, green trousers with the a padded Kermit on the pocket and a brown pair with Fozzy Bear on the pocket - child of the 70's :rotfl:
I now watch Mr Benn on Noggin with my DS (3)and he loves it to

loved that one :)

Yeek! memories of O' level drama exam doing 'under Milk Wood', saying Ivor the engine a lot was the only way I could get the welsh accent going.
