Rae listed, in another thread about servers, her favorites on the Magic.....and I trust her observations completely. But we're "Wondering"....anyone have some reccomendations for great servers aboard the Wonder?

I am sure you will get many recommendations, as most of the servers are just great!
We were very pleased with ours: Maria, asst. Sunil and H/S Paul.

They made every dinner a delight with their great service, converstation and jokes they played on each other. They treated us like part of the family and went above and beyond the call of duty as far as we are concerned. Maria had my 74yo Mom up doing the limbo in Parrot Cay and even took her across the dining room, to the window, to see the sunset. Sunil knew we all loved ice tea and would have 2 waiting. His presence seem to always made my sis blush...LOL! HS Paul was very personable, would stop by every evening to ck on things and enjoyed chatting about his new bride and their life on the ship.

We thought Kerry from Jamaica was perfect. Louise was his assitant and was great. We found out that she is no longer on the ship. The 2 of them were wonderful.

On our very first cruise they took the time to explain in detail everything on the menu and how things worked out.
On our second cruise (7 day) we took Dh parents and sister with us and assumed our servers would do the same. NOPE We ended up explaining how things worked. Just was not the same.
Third cruise (3 day) we didn't much care for our servers and was surpised one day at lunch to see Kerry. It had been almost 2 years since our last three day and Kerry recognized us. He came over and said hello and gave details of what we had ordered and info about our family that we had taken with us on our earlier 3 day. We were very impressed and if we would have known he was still on the wonder we have requested him.
Next time we will!!!!!!!!!!

He is more of a bartender in the adult pool area (at last report) but so good I had to mention him...MON!! He is such a sweetie and great to talk to!

We loved Katarina from Croatia!

I am sure its more difficult to get to know your customers on a 3-day cruise. I really commend her for learning our preferences so quickly. She was even able to spot DS6 on Castaway Cay and engaged him in a little dance ot the island music while we were at Cookied BBQ.

Sasha (Crotia) -

He was absolutely outstanding - Our 5 year old talks to no one - She is very shy - overly shy -

He had her talking to him within 2 days - Near the end of the trip, she asked him to sign her autograph book! She like him so much, that when we went on the Magic for our second cruise, she cried because he wasn't on the boat to be our server ( We had to explain about Disney having 2 boats)

We would go on the Wonder again just to have him as our server!

We loved our serving team:
Juan, Ida-Stina, and Prakash

They made our trip "Wonderful!"

The best team we had was this most recent trip: Cordelia and Matt were great. I expect that with Matt's personality and skill, he'll soon be a server. They were the only 3 night team who learned our names, and attempted to learn our preferences. They did a great job!

In April, we had Dale from Jamaica and Lisa (asst server) from England. They were awesome. Hope they are still onboard! Pleased my very picky very figity children every night!

Mario from Crotia is/was the best. He is the best with kids! Our two trips were made extra special by Mario even though the second time he was not our waiter but still always gave us extra special attention.

Our team was outstanding: server Romy (India), assist server Hristina (Netherlands; and it's pronounced Christina), and head server Kapour.

When we were on the Wonder in November, we had Paul as our head server, John from India as our server and Jaimy (I hope I spelled that right) from the Netherlands as our assistant server. All of them were great but Jaimy especially so. He was great with the kids dd 13 and ds 10 and with me and my husband too. He gave us pretty tough Disney trivia questions which the kids loved to try to guess the answers to. It wasn't long before they were thinking of questions to stump him. In Parrot Cay, he got them up dancing and I even ended up doing a twirl on the dance floor.:p

Apparently in about 8 months, he will no longer be a server and will be trying his hand on stage. With his personalilty, I'm sure he'll be great at it. Oh and at the end our last dinner, my son told him that of all the waiters he has ever had in his life, Jaimy was the best.

we to had Hchristina shw was wonderful at the time we sail she was working with daus he to is great!!

Reading this post makes me smile -- because everyone (I think) has listed different servers! A pretty outstanding crew, then!!

We had Jaimy fill in as assistant server our last night at Parrot Cay (12/6) and he was, indeed, charming.

On our cruise last week our server was Liam and his assistant was Jan. By the end of the week they were doing magic tricks at dinner for the kids. Two big thumbs up for that dynamic duo

we had Richard from Jamaica and Dean from Croatia on our last cruise in October....both were excellent...

Swandiverpatt....you said it best. Thanks to all who responded! I don't think I even need to request anyone, it seems that the Wonder is fully staffed with great servers! I appreciate the input!

We just returned from the 12/14 to 12/18 Wonder cruise. We had Trevis from Jamaica as our Head Server and Anthony from India as our Assistant Server. They were both great! Anthony even cut my son's meat for him! Best dining service I have ever had anywhere! I bet that Anthony will be a Head Server real soon.
