so after looking at the lists on Barb's site, I'd have to say
Kendall Jackson, VR Merlot
Kendall Jackson, VR Cabernet, still have a '96 from our last "wine country" trip
Charles Krug, Cabernet
Rosemont, Shiraz, one of the few Australian I like

And I might smuggle on of DW's Kendall Jackson VR Muscat onboard for her. A dessert in itself.

We enjoyed the Fess Parker Chardonnay during wine tasting at Palo ... we bought a bottle for dinner that night! Can't remember the price on board, but Sam's in the Orlando area carries it for about $17.50. Unfortunately, our Sam's in Indiana does not!
