Quit your bellyachin', Mr. Potatohead. Personally, I like my potatoes french fried. Unfortunately, it's really tough to fit into my spiffy tights after I devour my fries along with Mrs. Obvious' fries. I just can't stay away.

I love mashed potatoes. That's my favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal. Lots of melting butter on top too. So bad for you, but so good to eat!

I'm not sure I have a favorite, possible homefries with onion and pepper.

There is no bad way to cook a potato! At least I haven't come across one yet, and believe me, I'm surprised my yearly potato consumption doesn't cause a crop shortage.

Thickly sliced and placed in a buttered casserole dish with spring onions and bacon, 1/2 pt of cream, cover with grated cheese and bake for 1 hour. So yummy but sooooooo many calories

It's a tie between hashbrowns and mashed. My favorite backed potatos are the red ones, with lots of butter and sour cream.

DS(5) just had a food challenge to potatoes. He tests postive to them on a skin test but he passed the food challege...woohoo!!! Can you imagine a little boy being deined his french fries...I think not.
