Any potato is a good potato in my book. If I have to choose, it would be mashed, followed closely by home fries.

I personally don't care for potatoes. I know some people act like they'd love to sit in a big tub of them or something, but I don't get it.

I serve potatoes with practically every meal. DH says he can tell my family is part Irish!

I like potatoes ANY way--even raw.

Oh... I love them all but have to say Zippy Style!

cut pototoes into pieces (thin chunks)
add butter, powder garlic, onion powder, paprika, parmesan cheese
bake in oven until potatoes are fully cooked
mix in mozarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted.....yummm

gotta agree, I have never met a potato that I didn't love! Thats why I never had any luck doing atkins, I love potatoes way too much!!
