Favorite US trip restaurants that re-opened

We are planning our first trip to US (5 nights at Loews Royal Pacific). We know that things will not be typical and we are willing to accept that. For those of you who are familiar with City Walk, US, and Island of Adventure, what are your favorite restaurants? We enjoy a mix of quick service and table service. My husband will eat anything, my teenager eats a lot but is picky, and I do not eat meat. So we are generally flexible and know that one person will enjoy the restaurant more than the next person

So, where would you go? What are your can't miss? Feel free to recommend snacks too

Toothsome Chocolate hands down is the best food/drinks. I am not sure if they have opened back up yet but any of their shakes are amazing.

Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback. I am so used to over planning with Disney that it feels very strange to have almost no reservations. Then to add to it I find great recommendations, but have to be very flexible because they may not be open.
