Favorite things for a Multi generational trip

Currently looking into a trip to Disney with DH and DD (6 months at time of trip) and we'll be meeting with my parents there. Any suggestions for things that would be great to do all together outside of the parks?

Character meals are fun to do together. Also there are activities like carriage rides, camp fires, surrey bike rentals, boat rentals, etc., though not sure what’s available now with covid.
