Savory: Jumbalaya at the Cafe Orleans........so good!!

Sweet: Beignets at the Cafe Orleans....Mickey shaped & delicious!!!

Can you see the theme here....lol Cafe Orleans is our favorite restaurant in the parks!!!!

Ditto with the loaded baked potato soup from carnation care, yummm. Actually anything from there or Cafe Orleans, yummmm!! We didn't care for any of our meals at the counter service places.

Our favorite snack was fudge on main street, oh dear, we ate it every day:worship:

It was hard to narrow it down to one "must try" food...

Food: Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Location/Rest: Carnation Cafe'
Price: around $4 for a cup; around $10 for a cup + half a sandwich
Any Description: It's so good that I got the recipe & make it at home every few weeks!

Food: Fried Chicken
Location/Rest: Plaza Inn
Price:$14 ???
Any Description: Huge portions which can be easily split.

We only eat lunch in the park so I haven't tried many meals. And we usually eat at mimi's

Our next trip we are staying at the GCH so we will be eating all our meals on Property. I have made a list of things I want to try.

Try googleing top 10 food from Disneyland there are some fun reads.

Corn dogs on Main St. they are delicious! (and I don't ever eat corn dogs besides in DL) and the asparagus wrapped in bacon was delicious, I can't remember where I got it from though.

Hot or Cold day it's the Loaded Potato Soup at Carnation Cafe. Oh my goodness, we almost ate there every day, just to have a bowl. No cup or sandwich for me. I just had the big bowl of soup, YUM :worship: Making me hungry thinking about it.

BEIGNETS! - Ralph Brennan's Kitchen Express - Downtown Disney....Hot and smothered in powdered sugar first thing in the morning...With a nice piping hot COFFEE! - Great way to start the day!

We loved the Chicken/Steak nachos, the indi pepperoni pizzas with a salad at WWS in GC. Perfect place to grab a bite to eat after riding Grizzly Rapids!
The nachos:$9.99
pizza: forgot.
Yummy! Yummy!

The lemon slushies with a cherry flavoring in a souvenier cup sold at the cart located in front of Haunted Mansion. Great to share while walking to the rides.

I just have to say I have NEVER had the soup and I am sooo excited to have it!!!

Love Bengal BBQ for skewers of meat! That is also where the bacon wrapped asparagus is :)!!

If you like sourdough bread, Boudin on the pier at DCA is AWESOME!!!

Mmm. Food :)

I don't know the prices offhand, so I'm just gonna list what I know!

Beignets at Ralph Brennan's in DTD. I just discovered these recently, but omg, so delicious.

Cherry Coke at the Coke Corner at the end of Main Street. They pump the Cherry Flavoring in, the thing actually turns reddish, lol! Delllicious! I think 2.99?

Apple Pie apples - not exactly what's on them besides carmel, white chocolate, and I think crumbled graham crackers and cinnamon? Anyway, it's chocolate covered apple basically. But soooo good!

Corn dogs are delicious at Disney, as well as the Boudin bakery bread. We would just buy a loaf and some butter and just eaaaaat lol!!

hey...i love the turkey legs

but if i was just choosing one thing it would be

Food: Mozzarella Sticks w/ Fries!
Location/Rest: Golden Horseshoe or Stage Door Cafe (in Frontierland)
Price: $8/$9?
Any Description: Huge fried mozzarella sticks. Yum!

It's gotta be the Monte Cristo at either Blue Bayou or Cafe Orleans. I can never leave the park without a tub of popcorn either.

Yummy! Yummy!

These are very good. We tried them for the first time last November and will be going back for more in March. It was so large we shared it between me, DH, and DS(9) shared one order.

Just saw this post after I had already posted.

DH loves these and gets the on every trip. I believe you can only get it on the lunch menu, but 100% sure.

We really enjoy the Blue Bayou, a little pricey, but we love the food adn atmosphere.
