Favorite Thing to do outside the parks...

I'm making a list of good things to do on our non-park day and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to add to my list.

Ride up front in the monorail
Hidden Mickey Hunt at the resorts and Downtown Disney
Petting Zoo at Fort Wilderness
Explore the different hotels
Movie at Downtown Disney
Mini Golf
Pool
Shopping at Downtown Disney
Boardwalk

There is also the camp-fire & movie at Fort Wilderness. I think it starts somewhere about 8pm. Chip & Dale come out, there are sing-a-long songs, marshmellow roasting and then a Disney movie come on..bring plenty of bug spray & marshmellows. After the move (or leave the movie early depending on how long it is), you can go down to the beach at Fort Wilderness to watch the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom.....
