Favorite Table service at or NEAR Magic Kingdom??

We are planning two days at Magic Kingdom. The first night we'll have dinner at Ohana and the second night we aren't sure what we want to do. We don't want a buffet. We don't mind travelling to one of the really close hotels. Any suggestions for a good dinner?

With kids I would go to Kona, LTT, or Tony's.

Without kids I would go to Kona, Tony's or Narcosees

We did Kona when we went last Nov so I would like to try something else. We are doing Ohana at the Polynesian and if anything I'd rather check out another resort anyway.

But I agree, we really enjoyed Kona!

Not sure how upscale you want to go, but out of the more casual ts options in the area...how about the Wave at the Contemp? Haven't eaten there, but apps and drinks last trip and we enjoyed the ambience. Kind of adult tho.

Do you want family friendly or something a bit more sophisticated?

Family friendly would be good. We do have our 3 small children with us (5, 3 and 1). However, good food is important

DD and I ate there last week and it was, hands down, the best meal of the trip and in the top 5 ever for us. Enjoyed it so much I sought out the manager to rave about both food and service. We are going to try and get there twice on our next trip.

DD had chili-infused flat iron steak with avocado mousse and I had a very non traditional chicken pot pie. If we could have licked our plates!! I highly recommend the Wave and the walk to/from MK is lovely.

WCC is Wilderness Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge. Very family friendly and a lot of fun!

Another vote for Kona Cafe. The food there was great, our best meal.

Oh ok so does Whispering Canyon Cafe get good reviews???? Is it kid friendly?

We ate there last year about 3 months after they opened. My 3 sons, 14, 13 and 8 loved this restaurant. I have to agree, it was one of the best meals we had at Disney for only 1 TS!
