Favorite Snacks around world showcase

Been to Disney more than 20X and we've never tried the school bread. It looks like a big donut with custard filling. Is that what it tastes like?

We liked the sweet pretzels with almonds from the bakery in Norway very much.

This is a picture I took of school bread in March 2006:

IMO, it's pretty heavy on the coconut, and you can't really brush the coconut off. Most of it is stuck on there pretty good. You can take a plastic knife to it and try to scrape some of it off or cut off the top part, but that doesn't work so well either. Worse comes to worst, cut the entire thing into fourths and then just don't eat the top part with coconut on it.

Wow! That looks SO-O-O good!! We leave in 25 days and I'm definitely adding that to my list of snacks to try!!

To me, the custard tastes a bit creamier than the kind you find in a donut at Krispy Kreme, for example. The actual bread/dough part is different too... thicker on the outside, softer inside. Not easy to describe really, but it didn't remind me of a donut.

Chocolate mousse and creme brulee in France. I know this probably doesn't count but the Grand Marnier slushee (France encore) was super yum!

Fish n chips-uk
germany- pretzels and apple struedal
italy- wine
morocco- anything schwarma mmmmmmmm
norway- cinn. roll

Can you tell I LOVE EPCOT

Pretzel in Germany
Apple streudel in Germany
French pastries
Funnel cake in the America pavillion

Fish and chips at Yorkshire Fish Shop
Cream puff at bakery in France
Crepes at kiosk in France

(I know this isn't officially in the World Showcase, but I love the chocolate chip muffin from Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. I always try to pick one up for breakfast the next morning - they're really good!)

My vote would probably be the pretzel stand (and beer stand) in Germany.

We always have to get some chocolate there too!
