Favorite sit down restaurant in Epcot?

My favorites are Chef de France (food), San Angel Inn (atmosphere), and Tokyo Dining (impeccable service).

Chefs de France. I think the prix fixe menu is a pretty good value and we really like sitting near the windows and watching people go by. Post re-opening they removed tables to allow for distancing and that makes it even more enjoyable. Also really like the pizza at Via Napoli, however, the restaurant itself is louder and a bit on the chaotic side. Really enjoy La Hacienda de San Angel as well (open for dinner only) - but have not been recently.
You got all my choices right here, in the same order.

We love Chefs. Never been disappointed, solid menu with a casual atmosphere and window seats are fun. Food is always delicious, I think we’ve tried everything.

After going so many times we decided to try Msr. Paul upstairs. Was not impressed. Food was okay but service was like our waiter was on crack grabbing plates minutes after serving if anybody put the silverware down. Every course! He grabbed plates off the table one by one as the 4 of us were trying to eat together. Plain rude. He spoke cuckoo fast. We are fast talkers but here was a true Olympian. Our 4 course meal from sitting to leaving was 45 minutes. 4 courses. and the bathroom is sad. Not sure if it been maintained or given a good scrub since being installed in what appears ‘83. One taped up toilet the other broken but at least it wasn’t taped up 🤷‍♀️ nothing to dry hands and so many grimy surfaces in every direction. I’d never recommend. Some of the food was very good and could be fine dining if they rehab’d the server and the bathroom.

Marrakesh was another family fav, it was always a great meal, relaxing and fun when the belly dancer comes out. We enjoyed the hospitality and very tasty dishes.

LeCellier is another one and done. Our steaks were good. 2 of us ordered the same entree, one came out picture perfect and the other looked like it was dropped on the floor and hastily scooped back onto the platter, the whole potatoes were crushed up and rolled into the steak and vegetables. I don’t even wanna know what happened. Dark and dingy could pass as an atmosphere if it had anything else going for it. The famous soup must have had on off night. Salty salty gloop with not much flavor. When we sat down we ordered sodas for the table and a small bottle of champagne with 2 glasses. Was told it’s really only enough for one person, do you still want to get it? Do you still want 2 glasses? I read the volume on the menu thank you. We wanted to toast with it and it was plenty for 2 flutes, we didn’t even finish it all. That interaction felt odd, like for some reason she didn’t want us to order it 😆 Service was prompt but harried. The maple creme brûlée was seriously good. It’s an ok place if in the mood for steak at Epcot; not a must-do experience.

Maybe I’m expecting too much from Signature at WDW? Those were underwhelming. We were excited for both but came away feeling like they were tourist traps. Now Tiffins... that’s totally another story, and another park 🙂 Love Tiffins!

Well, Biergarten before they limited my food options. My husband is of German descent and we always enjoyed the buffet.

Seeing several mentions for Spice Road Table. Wondering how many of these are based on the old version. There's been a fairly significant change to the place in the past year or two.
I agree. I loved the old Spice Road Table, but don’t like the new menu at all. I don’t like the limited menu at Chefs de France right now either.

I am anxiously waiting for Nine Dragons to reopen. I hope they still have the Spicy Mala Beef on the menu.

My list normally is:

Nine Dragons
Via Napoli
Chefs de France

But I haven’t eaten at a TS restaurant at Epcot since they changed the menus at CDF and SRT.

Biergarten! My toddler loved the show and my husband loved the food/beer.

EPCOT has our favorite park food, overall. For table service we like Spice Table, Chefs de France, Tokyo Dining, and all the eateries of the Italy Pavilion.
Its been our experience that you can eat lunch at most of them w/o a long term reservation excepting CF.
Still haven’t eaten at Takumi-Tei but plan to when we return.
Our last trip was December 21, 2019 to January 9, 2020.

There are better restaurants as far as cuisine goes but the one I miss the most is nine dragons for lunch. Reasonably priced and we always left satisfied

We stopped there several times with and without an ADR but unfortunately could never get the pork belly dish (Grandmother’s Braised Pork, might be the name). Hope the shutdown has allowed them to better organize their kitchen on that level.

We make it a point to go to Biergarten every time we do Epcot. Fantastic atmosphere, refreshing on a summer day, and a good chance to meet other families.

One of our daughters ordered that the last time we were there in 2018. It was OK. We actually preferred many of the other dishes. I absolutely love the bao buns!!! Drool...

My Dining preferences are geared toward my family right now. So that means what can I bring my wife and three kids to and enjoy the experience. Not a romantic date night(Le Cellier). So with that said.

My family eats at Biergarten the first night every time we come. The atmosphere is INCREDIBLE. But the types of food are limited, so if they don't like German food, they won't like Biergarten.

But really my family likes the Coral Reef and The Garden Grill. A lot to look at, good food, and a fun experience.

Although I thought the food was on par with a signature restaurant (but not something I would rave about) the service at Le Cellier when I went this winter was abysmal. The servers were all really not great.

My favs are both closed: Monsieur Paul's and Takumi-Tei.

Via Napoli - even through the pandemic has been really good. Rose & Crown is great too.

Biergarten or Rose and Crown for us. We love the casual atmosphere when dressed for the parks.
