Our favorite at Animal Kingdom is Flame Tree BBQ seating area. It's outside but it's shaded and has everything you could want. Food and drink not only from Flame Tree but the kiosks right outside and towards Asia. Grabbing a beer and a pretzel and relaxing while by the little pool/pond and watching the ibises and ducks and also people coming and going is a great way to pass the time.
