Favorite Ride At DLR

Pirates of the Caribbean is my hands down all time favorite ever since I was about 8 years old. Haunted mansion is a close 2nd. In DCA I'd say soarin. But i have to say I saw some of you put the Matterhorn, this used to be one of my favorites until I rode Expedition Everest. Just for the record it puts the matterhorn to shame. Check it out if you go to Disney's Animal Kingdom This is my favorite ride in all of DIsneyWorld!!!! Even tops Pirates in WDW!

It has more "dips." It is overall a more exciting ride than the right/Fantasyland side.

Is it just my imagination or doesn't the right side (Fantasyland side) have more ride time? I mean, isn't it longer? It just always seems like it's a longer ride on that side. Whenever I go on the left it always seems to be over a lot quicker.

The Fantasyland/right side is the outside track. The Tomorrowland/left side is the inside track so the turns on this side are tighter and feel faster. Also on the left side, the track dips under the right track which makes for the funner dips.

I rode EE a few weeks ago, and yes, I agree it is a fun ride. I don't compare anything to The Matterhorn. It stands alone in its fun factor.

Didn't get to ride Everest when we were there last year. It wasn't opened yet, but it sure looked cool from a distance. Maybe something like that is in DCA's NEW future plans. Wouldn't that be awesome. You know one can hope.

My favorite at DL: Buzz Lightyear...I love shooting the targets and competing with DH. I could ride that all day long
My favorite at DCA: TOT...Again I Could ride it all day long and not get sick of it. I like that it has random drops also, keeps me on my toes (Not to mention that it drops! )

Ahhh, I agree with you Matterhorn is a ride of it's own, and a classic at that. I do love the matterhorn. I guess I say Expedition everest takes the cake over Matterhorn because WDW made it very clear that this was gonna be their version of the matterhorn. Hence my comparison. I do love the matterhorn though

Haunted Mansion - Holiday... I loved it last week. Didn't get to ride Soaring Over California this time, but it was my previous favourite.

DS(2) loved Winnie the Pooh. You would have thought he'd get sick of it after riding 34 plus times...no!

We took a DVD of the ride and he insists on watching it everyday since we got back...
