Favorite restaurant for breakfast at DL

I am finding conflicting info on the price.

Is it $35 for adults and $20 for kids?

We are going in late August.

We are going in August also and when I called to make PS I asked the price and she quoted me $30.44 for adult and $15.21 for child....
She said it was high season price but she did say that was the price with tax so take it with a grain of salt I too have heard many different prices but this is what I was quoted by Disney Dining!!!!

Does Cafe Orleans still serve breakfast? It is my favorite for dinner and was thinking of trying it for breakfast on our next trip.

Yes, we were just there last month for breakfast.
