Favorite Resort Restaurant?

We will be heading back to "home" in early june for a short 2 day trip in order to drop my daughter off for the Disney college program! While we're there, we want to eat at a couple of table service restaurants. The only parks we're going to be going to are Magic Kingdom and Epcot and i already have a table service booked for the Epcot day, however i have no idea what to do for the Magic Kingdom day! Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best table service restaurant at a resort? We're more interested in the food over anything else. We're also on the dining plan so it can't be a signature restaurant. Thanks in advance for your help!

We love Kona at the Poly. The mahi mahi is amazing and so is the banana chocolate creme brulee.

Sanaa has nicely favored Indian flavored African food over at Animal Kingdom!!!

We think Ohana is pretty great. The experience and the food is yummy! I was sad when I saw you couldn't do signature; I had a whole list I was going throw out at you!

We love Kona Cafe and Boma for breakfast but our favorite meal at Disney is Flying Fish. The food was so good.

Ohana @ the Poly is a favorite of ours - good food served family style & we love the polynesian theming.

For a non-signature MK resort restaurant, O'hana gets my vote! Followed by Kona as a first-runner up.

For me it is Boma (AKL) hands down followed closely by The Wave (Contempo).

Guess I am way out of the running but I love the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk. Of course the Boardwalk is my home resort. If you like seafood it is a good place to eat, then you have the Boardwalk atmosphere to take in afterwards.

Since you'll be coming out of Magic Kingdom, you really should just try one of the monorail restaurants. California Grill is ideal if money's not an issue. Once money gets into it, my next bet among the monorail restaurants is The Wave. It's low key and unexciting, but it serves good food and I've never seen it crowded full.

The Grand Floridian restaurants are also expensive dining, but have great reps. I don't know about them except Citricos, where my party had a bad experience (likely not the norm).

Ohana at the Poly has a lot of character, but its charms run out fast and we've had problems twice now with the chewy (make that dinosaur-tough) meats they prepare on the fire grill. Kona Cafe is nice, and serves great breakfasts, but does have an "airport retaurant/lounge" feel, despite being in the attractive main house of the Poly.

Does it have to be an MK resort? Because I just ate at Sanaa on Monday night and all I have to say is..... BEST resort restaurant on property I think!

Jiko at AKL, Boma if you prefer a buffet.

'Ohana at the Poly is fun, and the food there was really good, too.

Flying Fish at the Boardwalk for a lovely, quiet dinner.
